As we head North, we’ll ride the Serra de Traumunta, an absolute must when in Mallorca. Running for a total of 90km, this mountain range forms the backbone of the north-west of the island. Riding through small country roads and quaint villages we will eventually reach the sea and our beautiful hotel for the night.

Night on the coast at the foot of Formentor

Today is all about riding the impressive Formentor peninsula, with its stunning views and sandy coastline. The day finishes by the beach in Pollenca.

Once a simple fishing port and inspiration for many of Agatha Christie’s novels, Pollenca is now a trendy resort town lined with beautiful beaches, quaint cafes and local restaurants – a great place to unwind after a long day of biking.

Orchards, passes and lakes are planned for today with the goal of reaching the beautiful village of Soller. Amidst orange orchards, the village sits in what’s often referred to as the ‘valley of gold’. Visit the main square – Plaza de la Constitución – the village’s heart and sole, lined with numerous bars and cafés, and a stop over for the tram linking town and port.
