How to get a quotation for bike rental ?
You can get free quotation for bike rental and delivery/collection fees by playing with our online reservation form.
Then ALL the reservations must be done through the online form. If you have any troubles during the booking process do not hesitate to call or to email us through the form below.
What happen if I cancel my bike rental reservation ?
You can refer to our Terms rental for all our conditions but here is the details regarding cancellation:
In case of cancellation on your behalf, Bcyclet will charge the following cancellation fees:
– Over 15 or more days before rental start date: 30% of the total rental cost, BUT this can be put towards a Bcyclet holiday(www.bcyclet.com) or for a future bike rental from one of the Bcyclet offices (Alps and Corsica) during the 24 months following the first day of the cancelled rental.
– Less than 15 days before the rental start date: 30% of the total rental cost will be kept by Bcyclet and no refund will be made.
Your cancellation notice will take effect ONLY from the date of reception of your written cancellation notice at our office by post or by email.
Are the bike rental covered for damage and theft?
NO the bikes are rented without any damage and theft insurance, however you always have the option on our online reservation form to take the damage and theft guarantee covered by Tulip. The price is 7€ a day and we highly recommend to take it !
WITHOUT THE GUARANTEE OPTION: you are due to pay for any damage on the bike and for the full price of the bike in case of theft.
WITH THE TULIP OPTION: you only pay 10% of the repair in case of damage and only 10% of the public price of the bike in case of theft.
Do you have a bike rental base in all the cities listed on the website ?
NO, we have 2 bike rental base:
#1 Geneva: our Bike Store is only 10min driving from Geneva airport
#2 Corsica: our warehouse is only 5 min from Bastia Poretta airport
All the other cities listed on our website needs our service of bike delivery. You can see live the price by using our online reservation form.
