Make the most of your trip to Corsica with this guided tour that will take you along the coast, through the hills and across some of the most stunning landscapes the peninsula has to offer. With the keen cyclist in mind, each day offers two routes of varying difficulty.
Day 1
Welcome to Corsica
Upon arrival in Bastia, you’ll be transferred to your hotel, where you’ll have the rest of the day to relax, explore the area and prep for the start of your tour.

Day 2
The Cap Corse
On day one, you’ll ride the eastern coast before reaching the port of Macinaggio located nearly at the top of Cap Corse on the Eastern shore.

Day 3
The Genoese towers
On to the western side of Cap Corse, today’s ride will be tough ! As the day draws to a close, enjoy the views over the Golfe of Saint Florent. Take the evening to explore Corsica’s “St Tropez”, as Saint Florent boasts crystalline beaches, an old marina town with narrow streets and great hospitality.

Day 4
Désert des Agriates and Balagne
40 kms wide, the Desert des Agriates is the only “official” desert in Europe. You’ll cross the desert to reach the small villages of perched up in the Balagne region.
You’ll spend the next 2 nights in L’Île Rousse, giving you ample time to explore the area. Highlights include the old town, with its paved streets and brick houses, as well as its covered market and lighthouse with fabulous views across the town.

Day 5
The heart of Balagne
You’ve got the choice between a rest day or, for the keen cyclist, a loop around Calvi !

Day 6
Let's ride into the mountains !
The Corsican mainland awaits you, with its breathtaking mountain landscapes. The route is fairly hilly and takes you across varied terrain. You know the end of this stage is close, when you see a Citadel perched on a cliff : you’ve reached the historic city of Corte !

Riding back to the coast
Leaving Corte, you’ll ride through some amazing landscapes, be it lush vineyards or seafront balcony roads. A 20km stretch along the Costa Verde will end the day.

Castagniccia
On this final ride, you will discover the region in Corsica that has changed the least over the past 100 years, also home to the world’s largest chestnut forest – Castagniccia.
