BIKE RENTAL DELIVERY DRIVER – SEASONAL POSITION (M/F) – GENEVA
Contract type: Seasonal fixed-term contract:

Location: Bcyclet Store, Rue du Champ Blanchod 4, 1228 Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland

🎯 Main mission
Deliver and collect bikes as part of the rental activity, in line with the established delivery schedule. The role also includes customer-facing tasks (rental contracts, payments) as well as logistics and driving duties (transfers and transport).
🛠️ Responsibilities
- Deliveries & collections
- Follow and comply with the delivery schedule set by the manager.
- Load bikes prepared by the mechanic and secure transport.
- Deliver and pick up bikes in accordance with procedures.
- Customer service & rental contracts
- Validate rental contracts with customers.
- Process customer payments according to procedures.
- Maintain a service-oriented attitude with an often international and demanding customer base.
- Transfers & field logistics
- Provide customer and luggage transfers (airport / train station to accommodation).
- Occasionally provide logistical support during cycling trips
- Handle daily driving using utility-type vehicles as needed.
- Vehicles & storage area
- Maintain vehicles after each delivery.
- Keep the storage area clean and well organized.

🎯 Main mission
Prepare and service rental bicycles to ensure a reliable, clean fleet that is ready for customers. The role combines mechanical work, delivery preparation and daily monitoring of the rental schedule.
🛠️ Responsibilities
- Bike preparation & maintenance (rental operations)
- Prepare and clean bikes in line with customer requirements and the delivery schedule set by the manager.
- Perform routine servicing and make bikes ready before each rental.
- Logistics & organization
- Assist with loading bikes for deliveries.
- Monitor the rental schedule on a daily basis.
- Be responsible for tidying and cleaning the rental workshop (once per week).
✨ Required skills
Technical skills
- Strong mechanics skills for city bikes, road bikes and e-bikes.
IT and language skills
- Comfortable using IT tools / software.
- Basic English is a plus.
