If you want to prevent foot fatigue, you need to pay attention to good arch support, as this is the key to comfort, power transfer and efficiency when cycling. The Giro SuperNatural Fit System is the quickest way to adapt the cycling shoe to each individual foot. It combines a bike-specific footbed with ingeniously easy-to-adjust arch support. The SuperNatural Fit Kit also ensures the best heel hold and keeps the foot as close to the pedal as possible. For a great pedaling feel and very high performance.
Giro uses the know-how of carbon specialist Easton® in the development of the outsole. The result is a sole with maximum stiffness, without having to accept an increase in weight or a loss of comfort and fit, precisely in line with the requirements of professional riders. Each sole has been developed to provide ideal stiffness in the toe, arch and heel areas. The soles have the lowest possible height (6.5/nbsp;mm in the pedal thread area, otherwise flatter). This extremely low sole profile allows a flat, seamless transition between shoe and sole without compromising the fit. The upper material can adapt optimally to the foot without restriction. The neutral platform supports the natural foot position when pedaling.
BOA® DIAL Boa adjustment systems offer quick, easy adjustability with the turn of the dial to the strength of your choice. The combination of a metal-sheathed cable and mechanical spool eliminates stretch, reduces weight and provides finer adjustment (1mm increments) compared to traditional buckles and offers an instant “macro release” function.
The Techlace™ system is an exceptional patent-pending closure that guarantees the benefits of laces with the convenience of Velcro for superior fit and easy adjustment on the fly. By replacing the D-ring eyelets and other hardware with laces, the Techlace™ system provides a smooth feel on the forefoot. In addition, the laces can be easily replaced if they are damaged.
Evofiber™ combines the best attributes of mesh and microfiber and blends them into a material that is water repellent yet breathable.
