D1 Airport transfer

Early afternoon transfer from Geneva airport to our chalet in Briançon. 

Bike check and short ride to test that everything works perfectly.

For those linking this trip with the Weekend Etape du Tour we invite you to climb Alpe d'Huez 1860m and the Col de Sarenne 1999m.

D2 Col du Granon, Col de l'Echelle and Près de Madame Carle

Two options:

#1 Two fantastic cols in the heart of the Alps, the Col du Granon 2413m is difficult but considered to be one of the most beautiful in France! We link with the Col de l'Echelle 1762m, a long climb but easier that the Granon. There are hardly any cars on the road, making this a real treat to ride.
Around 75km with 1900m+

#2 After the two cols in Option 1 we invite you to ride an extra few kms to take in the sublime Près de Madame Carle. With its summit finish you can enjoy a beer in a stunning setting.

Around 130km with 2900m+

The end of the afternoon is spent relaxing in the chalet, watching the finish of the Tour sprinter's stage Le Puy-en-Velay to Romans-sur-Isére (165km).

D3 Col du Lautaret and Col du Galivier + Stage 17


There is a great show on today's programme with probably one of the best stages of this year's Tour de France.
We ride in the direction of the Col du Lautaret 2058m with a long gentle climb before tackling the final climb towards the mythic Col du Galibier 2645m where we will watch the pros pass!

#1 Col du Lautaret and Col du Galibier.
Around 70km with 1500m+

#2 For the brave, climb the north side of Galibier from Valloires.
Around 105km with 2500m+

D4 Col de Vars and Col de l'Izoard + Stage 18

Here we are, THE most beautiful stage of this year's Tour de France. With a finish on the mythic Col de l'Izoard 2361m the show promises many surprises.
A short transfer takes us to Guillestre and the 30km final kms jsut a few hours before the pros. An electric atmosphere is guaranteed on the route. We will watch pros cross the finish line just a few metres from us.

D5 Embrun and Col de Vars + Stage 19


Early in the morning we head for Embrun to watch the start of Stage 19 and we then ride towards the Col de Vars 2108m. Return to the chalet during the afternoon to watch the finish at Salon de Provence.
